All services are provided from a cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy approach. Adult Services: 1. Individual Cognitive-Behavioral Psychotherapy 2. Couple and Family Psychotherapy 3. DBT and ACT Psychotherapy 4. EMDR 5. Bilingual Psychotherapy for expatriates and Uruguayans residing abroad 6. Sports Psychology focused on enhancing physical and mental performance 7. Mindfulness 8. Technology and Virtual Reality 9. Neuropsychology and cognitive stimulation for older adults. Treatments focused on: anxiety, depression, work-related stress, OCD, phobias, grief, mood disorders and emotional dysregulation, eating disorders, personality disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, neurodegenerative disorders. We also offer: • Workshops and psychoeducational spaces for personal and emotional development. For people experiencing homelessness: Veracierto Shelter: Located at Veracierto 2663, this MIDES shelter, open from 6:00 PM to 9:00 AM, allows dogs and their owners. Mixed shelters at Comodoro Coe 3663 (Buceo), Fiol de Pereda 1370 (Reducto), and Jacobo Varela 3303 (Pérez Castellano): allow pets. Men's shelter at Bulevar Artigas 3680 (Brazo Oriental): also allows pets. The shelters at Lanús 5672/5674 and Mac Coll 1922 in Colón: are for people experiencing homelessness and also allow pets.
